Job Title: Male Pool Lifeguard

Salary: AED 1,735 per month
Job Summary
We are seeking experienced and physically fit Male Pool Lifeguards to join a professional team in Dubai. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring the safety of swimmers, preventing accidents, responding to emergencies, and maintaining a safe swimming environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor swimming pool activities to ensure the safety of all guests.
- Prevent accidents by enforcing pool safety rules and regulations.
- Perform water rescues and administer first aid or CPR when required.
- Inspect and maintain lifesaving equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
- Report hazards, accidents, and incidents to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards around the pool area.
- Assist guests with safety information and respond professionally to emergencies.
Requirements
- Male applicants aged 21–35 years.
- Minimum height of 170 cm.
- Weight below 80 kg with good body proportions.
- High school education or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience as a lifeguard.
- Valid lifeguard certification accredited by one of the following:
- American Red Cross
- Royal Life Saving Society (RLSS)
- International Life Saving Federation (ILS)
- PADI
- Any government-approved training institution offering lifeguard, swimming, or diving certification.
Skills
- Strong swimming and rescue skills.
- Knowledge of CPR, first aid, and emergency response.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Physically fit and able to remain alert throughout shifts.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
