Job Description:

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in daily operations.
• Supervise waiters, waitresses and other restaurant staff.
• Ensure customers receive excellent service.
• Monitor staff performance and attendance.
• Assist with staff training and scheduling.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained.
• Handle customer concerns professionally.
• Assist with stock control and inventory.
• Support the restaurant manager in achieving sales and service targets.

Requirements:

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
