1. Job Summary
We are seeking experienced, responsible, and physically fit Heavy Drivers to operate heavy-duty trucks and trailers in Kuwait. The successful candidates will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently, complying with traffic regulations, and ensuring that vehicles are maintained in good working condition.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Operate heavy-duty trucks and trailers safely and professionally.
- Transport goods and materials to designated destinations within the required timelines.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after trips.
- Ensure the safe loading, transportation, and unloading of goods.
- Comply with road safety regulations, traffic laws, and company driving policies.
- Maintain accurate records of trips, fuel consumption, deliveries, and vehicle maintenance.
- Report mechanical faults, accidents, or other incidents promptly.
- Ensure the vehicle remains clean and in good working condition.
- Follow assigned routes and instructions from supervisors.
- Observe working hours and company safety procedures.
3. Requirements
- Male candidates only.
- Age: 21–32 years.
- Valid heavy-duty driving licence appropriate for trucks and trailers.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven heavy driving experience.
- Physically fit and able to handle long-distance drives.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Good knowledge of road safety and responsible driving practices.
- Valid passport with at least 2 years of validity.
- Must be available for interviews on 16th and 17th October.
4. Salary and Benefits
- Basic monthly salary: KWD 230, tax-free.
- Paid overtime, subject to the employer’s terms and applicable law.
- Transport provided.
- Accommodation provided.
- Working hours: 10 hours per day, subject to applicable labour regulations.
- Contract duration: 2 years, officially renewable.
