Job Description:

• Assist chefs and kitchen staff with food preparation.
• Wash, peel and cut vegetables and other ingredients.
• Clean kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Wash dishes and utensils when required.
• Assist with receiving and storing supplies.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized.
• Dispose of waste properly.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Chef or Kitchen Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Previous kitchen experience is an advantage but may not be mandatory.
• Willingness to learn.
• Good hygiene and cleanliness.
• Ability to work long hours and under pressure.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
