Job Description:

• Supervise waitresses during restaurant operations.
• Allocate tables and duties among service staff.
• Ensure guests receive fast and professional service.
• Take customer orders when required.
• Monitor table presentation and cleanliness.
• Train and guide junior waitresses.
• Handle guest requests and complaints.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
• Ensure restaurant service standards are maintained.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a waitress or supervisor.
• Good communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to lead a team.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a busy hotel environment.
