Job Description:
- Manage the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Supervise restaurant staff and ensure smooth service.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene and service standards.
- Prepare staff schedules and coordinate daily duties.
- Monitor stock, orders and restaurant supplies.
- Train and motivate employees.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
- Prepare operational reports when required.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience in restaurant/hotel management.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Professional appearance and excellent customer-service skills.
- Candidates should meet the age requirements indicated in the advert; senior candidates may be considered for senior-level positions.
