We are seeking vigilant and professional Security Guards to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The primary responsibility is to protect property, assets, and personnel by maintaining a high-visibility presence and preventing illegal or inappropriate actions.
Salary and Benefits
- Monthly Salary: AED 1,800 (approximately 65,000 KES depending on the exchange rate).

Requirements and Qualifications
- Age: 21–37 years old.
- Documentation: A valid passport with at least one year of validity.
- Conduct: A valid Certificate of Good Conduct (Police Clearance) from your home country or Dubai Police.
- Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit; minimum height is typically 5'7" (170 cm) for males.
- Language: Basic proficiency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is required for reporting.
- Education: Minimum of a High School Certificate or equivalent (10th/12th grade).
- Certification: Must be willing to undergo SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency) training and obtain a SIRA license upon arrival in Dubai.
Core Responsibilities
- Patrolling: Conduct regular foot or vehicle patrols of assigned areas to detect signs of intrusion or security breaches.
- Access Control: Monitor and control building entrances and vehicle gates; verify identification and maintain visitor logs.
- Surveillance: Monitor CCTV camera feeds and alarm systems to identify suspicious activities.
- Incident Reporting: Write detailed daily reports and maintain logs of any unusual occurrences or security risks.
- Emergency Response: Act as a first responder during fires, medical emergencies, or security threats.
- Customer Service: Assist guests and staff with directions or inquiries while maintaining a professional and polite demeanor.
