Job Responsibilities
Masons
- Construct and repair walls, foundations, and other structures.
- Mix and apply cement, mortar, and other building materials.
- Read and follow construction plans and measurements.
- Ensure work meets required quality and safety standards.
Steel Fixers
- Cut, bend, and fix reinforcement steel according to construction drawings.
- Install steel reinforcement for columns, beams, slabs, and foundations.
- Secure reinforcement properly before concrete is poured.
- Follow site safety procedures.
Carpenters
- Construct and install formwork for concrete structures.
- Measure, cut, and assemble timber and other materials.
- Repair and maintain wooden structures and formwork.
- Follow construction drawings and safety requirements.
Scaffolders
- Assemble and dismantle scaffolding safely.
- Inspect scaffolding and ensure it is secure before use.
- Install platforms, ladders, and safety rails.
- Follow all site safety procedures and instructions.
Requirements
- Age 21–38 years.
- Updated CV.
- Valid passport.
- Attested Police Clearance Certificate (PCC).
- Normal medical examination.
- Relevant experience in the applied position.
- Ability to work safely and efficiently in a construction environment.
