ASSISTANT CHEF – FEMALE & MALE

Job Description:

• Assist the Chef with daily food preparation.
• Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meat and sauces.
• Assist in cooking and food presentation.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Ensure food is stored correctly.
• Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
• Assist with stock checking and kitchen organization.
• Support the kitchen team during busy periods.
• Follow instructions from the Chef and kitchen supervisor.

Requirements:

• Previous kitchen experience is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation.
• Good hygiene practices.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Physically fit and able to work in a busy kitchen.
