Job Summary
We are looking for hardworking, reliable, and disciplined Cleaners to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in banks, hospitals, schools, shopping malls, and other commercial premises. The ideal candidate should be committed to providing a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff, customers, patients, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors.
- Dust furniture, desks, windows, and other surfaces.
- Clean and sanitize washrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Empty dustbins and dispose of waste appropriately.
- Refill soap, tissue, and other hygiene supplies.
- Clean glass doors, windows, and mirrors.
- Maintain cleanliness in offices, classrooms, hospital wards, banking halls, and mall common areas.
- Follow health, safety, and infection control procedures where applicable.
- Report damaged equipment or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
- Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
- Perform any other cleaning duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- KCSE Certificate or equivalent is an added advantage.
- Previous cleaning experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
- Honest, responsible, and punctual.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or public holidays if required.
