Job Description:

• Supervise restaurant staff during shifts.
• Allocate duties and ensure proper staff coordination.
• Monitor customer service and table service.
• Ensure food and service standards are maintained.
• Handle customer complaints and requests.
• Check restaurant cleanliness and presentation.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Report operational issues to management.
• Support and motivate the restaurant team.

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory experience in hospitality or restaurants.
• Good customer-service and communication skills.
• Strong teamwork and leadership abilities.
• Professional and presentable.
