Job Description:

• Prepare and cook food according to hotel standards.
• Follow recipes and food preparation procedures.
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Ensure proper food storage and handling.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene.
• Monitor food ingredients and supplies.
• Work closely with other kitchen staff.
• Minimize food wastage.
• Follow health and safety regulations.
• Assist in preparing menus and special dishes where required.

Requirements:

• Previous professional kitchen/chef experience.
• Knowledge of food preparation and hygiene.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Good teamwork and time-management skills.
