Job Title: Restaurant Shift Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking experienced and professional Restaurant Shift Managers to oversee daily restaurant operations, supervise staff, maintain service standards, and ensure smooth and efficient running of shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate restaurant staff during shifts.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor food service, cleanliness, and restaurant standards.
- Assign duties and manage staff schedules during shifts.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues.
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company procedures.
- Prepare shift reports and communicate important issues to management.
- Support the restaurant team in achieving operational and sales targets.
Requirements:
- Age: 35 years and above
- 3–5 years of genuine branded QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) experience
- Basic English and good communication skills.
- Attested PCC (Police Clearance Certificate).
- Medically fit.
