Kiswahili Teachers

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging Kiswahili lessons to students of all ages.
• Develop lesson materials and adapt teaching methods for non-native speakers.
• Assess and monitor student progress with constructive feedback.
• Promote Kiswahili language and East African culture in the classroom.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Kiswahili, education, linguistics or related field.
• Teaching certifications, e.g diploma in education, BEd, or TSC registration.
• Fluent in Kiswahili, strong English proficiency required.
• 2+ years teaching experience preferred (International experience a plus)
• Knowledge of modern teaching methods and classroom management techniques.
• Excellent inter-personnal and cross-cultural communication skills.
